Theimportance of the event is because it is the first time for the Indian ceramicindustry to achieve the production of super slim slab tiles with a thickness ofonly 3mm while with a finished sizes of 1000mm*3000mm, 1200mm*3600mm,1600mm*3200mm and 1200mm*2600mm.

Being put in use in April, 2019, the production line in Ibizaboasts a 220.5 meter long narrow body roller kiln and a 44.8 meter long self circulationfive layer dryer from DLT, specially designed for slab tiles, able to producefrom 1200*2400mm up to 1600mm*3200mm tiles with thickness of 3mm, 6mm and 12mm.The designed capacity of the production line is 4000 square meters per day.

Walking in the modernized plant of Ibiza, you can barely see anylabors because the whole manufacturing process is realized by automatic andintelligent machinery and equipment, including a SYSTEM Lamgea 33000 press, a CMFconveying and compensation line, and AIRPOWER glazing booths, etc.
